From the 9th June, an additional security measure will be implemented - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Upon successful login, you will be prompted to enter a One-Time Passcode (OTP). This will be sent to your email address.

We advise all users to check/update their email address prior to the 9th June. You can do this by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the B2B portal once logged in. If your email address is incorrect you can amend it here.

Failure to do so may result in you NOT being able to access the B2B portal after 9th June.
